Years ago, a short time after we lost our little baby girl Sierra Willow Holm to stillborn, I had an intuitive download.
It was during some of the darkest days of my life that my soul started whispering that it was time to launch a new project into the world.
Something that was heart-centred and meaningful; a business that would help others with the same simple and beautiful self care rituals and healing remedies that were getting me through such a tragic period of time.
And most importantly, something that would give our little angel Sierra's brief life a purpose and lasting legacy
Years of study and higher education later, and so Hanako Therapies was born.
A modern herbal apothecary that helps balance mind, body, spirit and bring people back home to their true, authentic selves.
When I reflect back on my humble origins, wanting to launch a business during such a hard period of time when we'd just suffered such a tragic loss just didn't make sense.
And yet the universe always has bigger plans for us.
The belief that anything was possible created the frequency within me to manifest the guidance and support that made my current reality come true.
If I had dreamed smaller, what would have happened would have been small.
But, I chose to dream big and believe in myself and the work that I do.
And years later, I'm blessed to be able to run a thriving business that's deeply aligned with my values, reaches thousands of people globally and allows me to give back and be of service to others on a daily basis, which I know our little angel Sierra would have wanted.
It doesn't come without its challenges, but the rewards and lessons far outweigh the hard times.
In the final few weeks of the year, I invite you to dream.
