Nothing in life rivals the awe-inspiring miracle of pregnancy. The rhythm, tone and pulse of your essential inner and outer world changes forever.
As a blissfully happy and grateful mother, I look back fondly on my pregnancies and can still remember how beautifully divine I felt as a human throughout the process.
Admittedly, there were some trials and tribulations that came with the body’s sudden developments. And while I cherished every moment of being pregnant, when I fell pregnant with my 3rd "Ginger Grace" I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without my favourite natural remedies to promote a loving environment for conceiving my angel.
After losing our firstborn to stillbirth, then having Willow quite soon after, a few years had passed and I found myself having a few visits of anxiety when pregnant for the 3rd time. So I sat down at my blending alter and tuned in to what I needed to help support and nourish me through this time. I relied on my quiet hero, Pregnancy Blend elixir. This blend carried me through not only pregnancy, but birth and following on into the post partum days. The therapeutic mix of Sandalwood, Sweet Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli and Neroli were utterly calming and soothing, giving me a higher consciousness and allowing me to reach deeper levels of meditation.
I’d spray the blend over my neck, wrists and crown of my head whenever I needed to combat negative emotions to help me eschew too much stress and anxiety. Knowing the formula was 100% safe for both me and bub, I found I was able to celebrate this most precious moment in my life and be the most divine version of me.
From one mother to another, I truly believe in the power of the Pregnancy Blend to encourage the calming of the heart and mind, allowing mammas-to-be the ability to bloom, grow and embrace the beautiful changes that come along with pregnancy.
Another big help for me during my pregnancy came through practising Kundalini Yoga. Anyone who does it often will know the therapeutic, healing effects it has on the mind, body and spirit. Check out this video below to see how it works:
